Construction and features
Hi-Therm 33HTK combines steel heating panels with convector fins to transfer heat from the heating water to the room. The range offers four heights and a choice of lengths, so the radiator can be selected for the required heat output and installation position. The exact product codes, dimensions and output values are listed in the technical information tab.
- Type: 33
- Operating pressure: 10 bar
- Maximum temperature: 95°C
Panel construction
Type 33 has three heating panels and three rows of convector fins. This construction provides the highest heat output of the three types at matching height, length and temperature difference. Compare the output of the exact size when selecting a radiator.
Connection to the heating system
HTK models have side connections and can be connected on the left or right. Select the pipework arrangement and connection fittings to suit the heating-system design and the radiator’s installation position.
Size and heat-output selection
Available heights are 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm; lengths range from 400 to 2000 mm. The exact combinations vary by type and are listed by product code. Heat output is shown at ΔT = 70°C. Select the radiator using the room’s calculated heat loss and the actual system temperatures; a value at a different temperature difference is not directly interchangeable.
Finish and supplied accessories
The steel panels have a white RAL 9016 powder-coated finish. The radiator is supplied with mounting brackets, an air vent and plugs. Thermostatic control accessories are purchased separately.
Operating conditions
For closed heating systems with a membrane expansion vessel. Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar; test pressure: 13 bar; maximum heating-water temperature: 95°C. Avoid permanently damp rooms and corrosive environments. Installation must follow the product instructions and the heating-system design.
Warranty: 10 years, subject to compliance with the installation and operating conditions.
